Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully!

Eurotrax are unable to secure your track space or book your ferry/accommodation without this form being fully completed and signed by the rider, even if you have paid in advance.


You must bring: -

(A) Both parts of your full and current driving license.

(B) Copy of your travel/medical insurance

(C) EHIC Medical Card

(D) Your vehicle registration document and vehicle insurance - for vehicles being driven in France

(A) & (D) does not apply to track bikes

All riders must wear the following at all times whilst on the circuit.

• One or two piece leather suits that must zip together completely

• A helmet that meets BSI 6658 type A and or have the ACU gold stamp

• Leather boots

• Leather gloves

• Ideally a back protector

NO rider will be allowed on the track without the following: -

• Signed declaration accepting our terms and conditions

• Signed indemnity for use of the track issued by the track owner

• Personal Medical/Travel Insurance

• A road legal or baffled exhaust - to track db limit

Booking Conditions

Cancellation/amendments by us

If any “significant changes” to your booking are made, by this we mean cost exceeding 5% of the total advertised cost at time of deposit paid by you; departure or return date changes; duration of the trip; changes of circuit; opting for lesser standard of accommodation than advertised you may:

(1) Accept any change to the cost of your booking and proceed
with your booking

(2) Accept alternative track date

(3) Cancel your booking with full refund

Note – under no circumstances will compensation claims or expenses be considered Eurotrax reserve the right to cancel or curtail your booking without compensation or refund if: -

(1) You do not provide proof on demand of appropriate insurance

(2) Don’t accept responsibility for your own safety

(3) Do not adhere to any safety rules and code of conduct
received by Eurotrax

(4) You are not qualified or certificated to ride a motorcycle

(5) You cause any unreasonable, disruptive or dangerous behaviour

Cancellation/amendments by you

If you cancel your booking the following charges apply: -

• More than 61 days before travel date 15% of your booking will be charged for

• Between 40 – 61 days 50% refund

• Less than 35 days No refund


• Amendments to your booking £10.00 charge

• Transfer to another person £25.00

• Transfer to another Track Date £25.00 (subject to availability and within the same year)


Travel delays

Eurotrax cannot be held responsible for the following: -

(1) Delays in ferry crossings

(2) Missed departure as a result of travelling to the ferry

(3) Any subsistence as a result of (1) and (2)

Our supply of services

Eurotrax cannot be held responsible for any occurrence/or change by a third party supplier that is unknown to us before departure date (including track support, hotel and carrier). 

All advertised prices are based on 2 people sharing accommodation (if included - check each trip individually), travelling on ferries during Eurotrax pre booked times.  Places are not confirmed until deposit cheque of £100 per rider/guest is received and cleared.  Cheques should be made payable to Eurotrax Tours Ltd, and include an additional .65p for clearing.  Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer.

Advertised prices are based on twin occupancy exclude fuel surcharges and secure parking fees and tolls.

Force Majeure and Compensation

Refunds cannot be made in the following situations: -

War; threat of war; riots; terrorist activities; natural disasters, fire; technical problems to transportation; closure or congestion/delays at ports; cancellations or changes by carriers due to weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control.


Personal medical travel insurance is advisory for your trip/track day and must specifically cover the activities you are about to undertake. In addition you must carry an EHIC medical card that you can obtain free of charge from your local Post Office. This card entitles you to reciprocal National Health Care in participating countries. The organiser is not obliged to provide medical care, advice or transportation in the event of illness or injury. A medic will be present only at the circuit.

In the event of injury of illness Eurotrax must refer you to your own insurance company. Please take care to read your insurance policy prior to travel, in the event of an accident or illness you are aware of the specific procedure, contact details in order to activate your cover under no circumstances will the organiser liaise or offer advice, pay expenses or cover costs, transportation in relation to such an incident or accident. Should the costs not be covered by your insurance, the costs will need to be covered by family or other public healthcare arrangement. Please ensure that a copy of your documentation is left with next of kin or friend travelling on this trip.

At the time of taking part in our track event you will sign and adhere to the following statements - forms will be provided at the tracks for signature no rider will be allowed on track without agreement thereof:


I, the undersigned wish to ride motorcycles on a closed circuit as part of a track driving event (a track day) and/or otherwise participate in the above event or part of organised by Eurotrax Tours Ltd

I understand and recognise that:-

· Racing and timing are prohibited and that the purpose of the day is to allow the participants to improve their skills and learn the handling and braking characteristics of the monocycles they are using

· Any insurance carried out by Eurotrax Tours and/or the event location operator is in respect of liability which might arise out of the track day will be limited and that my own motor, third party and public liability insurance (if taken out) is unlikely  to cover me for my losses, liabilities or personal injury.

· Eurotrax will not be scrutineering participants’ motorcycles before permitting them on the track, nor has it any control over the level of competence of other participants

· Eurotrax is not a training organisation.  Experience track users will be on hand to give guidance but it is just that, informal hints and tips.

· Eurotrax whilst given guidance on where required to, enforcing the rules and safety standards of the event location operator will not otherwise enforce track discipline or safety measures.  I myself am responsible for the way in which I use the track and for wearing appropriate protective clothing.

· That Eurotrax and/or event location operator may refuse me access to the track if I or my motorcycle infringe any relevant rules or regulations or appear dangerous.

· The payment I have made to Eurotrax for the day is a track access charge only and does not include any payment for supervision; it is not refundable in any circumstances.

I Declare that:

· I will satisfy myself (by sighting lap or otherwise permitted) before taking part that the venue and track is acceptable to me with regards to its features and physical layout

· I am aware and accept that other participants with varying skill levels will be on the course at the same time as me and that some may be undergoing track training.

· I am competent to take part

· If I cause any damage to the circuit, paddock, circuit equipment or barriers I will be required to pay for it.

· I am fit and healthy and my eyesight (with lenses if to be worn) is adequate for track use

· Any motorcycle for which I am responsible and/or which I use on track is in good and suitable mechanical condition and is fit for use for the activity for which I have attended during the above listed days.

· I hold a current full licence entitling me to use on the public roads in the UK a motorcycle of the size and type that I will be using on track or a foreign equivalent or equivalent experience on said equipment.

· That I will not consume alcohol or participate in the track day while under the influence of alcohol.

· That I will not participate in the track day whilst under the influence of drugs/medication (prescribed or otherwise) that would be adversely affect my ability to participate safely in this activity.

· I have read, or will have read, understood and will comply with all the circuit regulations’, any supplemental regulations and any final instructions for this event given by Eurotrax and/or venue location operator.

· By taking part I accept the risks involved including the risk of injury or death.

· I agree to make no claim against Eurotrax or its officers or agents in respect of any loss or injury suffer by me during the track day and to indemnify them against their costs and losses arising out of any claim made against them by anyone to the extents that such costs or losses are attributable directly or indirectly to my participation in the track day event.

· I have read and agree with the above Risk Awareness and Acknowledgement and agree that its terms will also apply to my participation in any future track day organised by Eurotrax unless I sign a subsequent Risk Awareness and Acknowledgement which will then take precedence.

· I am aware that my signature of this document may restrict my ability to claim against any other participant who damages or injurers me in the course of the event


· If under age of 18 my parent/guardian has read the above and signed below my name to confirm agreement with the declaration In accepting and wearing the relevant wrist band and or other label provided to me by Eurotrax and or the relevant circuit which displays that I have attended the relevant safety briefing for the above event (this takes place tonight and tomorrow at the circuit but you will be present).
