Eurotrax are unable to secure your track space or book your ferry/accommodation without this form being fully completed and signed by the rider, even if you have paid in advance.
You must bring: -
(A) Both parts of your full and current driving license.
(B) Copy of your travel/medical insurance
(C) EHIC Medical Card
(D) Your vehicle registration document and vehicle insurance - for vehicles being driven in France
(A) & (D) does not apply to track bikes
All riders must wear the following at all times whilst on the circuit.
• One or two piece leather suits that must zip together completely
• A helmet that meets BSI 6658 type A and or have the ACU gold stamp
• Leather boots
• Leather gloves
• Ideally a back protector
NO rider will be allowed on the track without the following: -
• Signed declaration accepting our terms and conditions
• Signed indemnity for use of the track issued by the track owner
• Personal Medical/Travel Insurance
• A road legal or baffled exhaust - to track db limit
Booking Conditions
Cancellation/amendments by us
If any “significant changes” to your booking are made, by this we mean cost exceeding 5% of the total advertised cost at time of deposit paid by you; departure or return date changes; duration of the trip; changes of circuit; opting for lesser standard of accommodation than advertised you may:
(1) Accept any change to the cost of your booking and proceed
with your booking
(2) Accept alternative track date
(3) Cancel your booking with full refund
Note – under no circumstances will compensation claims or expenses be considered Eurotrax reserve the right to cancel or curtail your booking without compensation or refund if: -
(1) You do not provide proof on demand of appropriate insurance
(2) Don’t accept responsibility for your own safety
(3) Do not adhere to any safety rules and code of conduct
received by Eurotrax
(4) You are not qualified or certificated to ride a motorcycle
(5) You cause any unreasonable, disruptive or dangerous behaviour
Cancellation/amendments by you
If you cancel your booking the following charges apply: -• More than 61 days before travel date 15% of your booking will be charged for
administration
• Between 40 – 61 days 50% refund
• Less than 35 days No refund
• Amendments to your booking £10.00 charge
• Transfer to another person £25.00
• Transfer to another Track Date £25.00 (subject to availability)
Travel delays
Eurotrax cannot be held responsible for the following: -(1) Delays in ferry crossings
(2) Missed departure as a result of travelling to the ferry
(3) Any subsistence as a result of (1) and (2)
Our supply of services
Eurotrax cannot be held responsible for any occurrence/or change by a third party supplier that is unknown to us before departure date (including track support, hotel and carrier).
All advertised prices are based on 2 people sharing accommodation (if included - check each trip individually), travelling on ferries during Eurotrax pre booked times. Places are not confirmed until deposit cheque of £100 per rider/guest is received and cleared. Cheques should be made payable to Eurotrax Tours Ltd.
Advertised prices are based on twin occupancy exclude fuel surcharges and secure parking fees and tolls.
Force Majeure and Compensation
Refunds cannot be made in the following situations: -
War; threat of war; riots; terrorist activities; natural disasters, fire; technical problems to transportation; closure or congestion/delays at ports; cancellations or changes by carriers due to weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control.
Insurance
Personal medical travel insurance is advisory for your trip/track day and must specifically cover the activities you are about to undertake. In addition you must carry an EHIC medical card that you can obtain free of charge from your local Post Office. This card entitles you to reciprocal National Health Care in participating countries. The organiser is not obliged to provide medical care, advice or transportation in the event of illness or injury. A medic will be present only at the circuit.
In the event of injury of illness Eurotrax must refer you to your own insurance company. Please take care to read your insurance policy prior to travel, in the event of an accident or illness you are aware of the specific procedure, contact details in order to activate your cover under no circumstances will the organiser liaise or offer advice, pay expenses or cover costs, transportation in relation to such an incident or accident. Should the costs not be covered by your insurance, the costs will need to be covered by family or other public healthcare arrangement. Please ensure that a copy of your documentation is left with next of kin or friend travelling on this trip.
Your personal details
All online bookings and correspondance where possilbe will be made via the internet, your personal details will not be provided to any third party without your previous consent.
